2008 & 2009 ERA Agent of the Year
Realtor of Distinction – Director’s Circle
After several years as a golf professional in the Charleston area where I was managing 40 employees, teaching lessons and playing professionally, I decided to bring my knowledge and hard work to Real Estate. My initial interest was peaked when one of my students got me dabbling in investment property. From there I was hooked and turned in my PGA card for a Real Estate license. Over the last seven years the real estate market has changed dramatically and almost all of the agents I started with in the business are now gone. So the old saying “survival of the fittest” certainly rings true today. I have been fortunate enough to have a great client base that provides a phenomenal referral base that continues to grow my business each day. When you give a client outstanding service and professional guidance they will become clients and friends for life. My success has granted me the ability to become a franchise owner of ERA and grow the company each and every year we have been in business. Selling real estate full time is the only way I would have it. I have an amazing wife who owns and operates Canvas Hair Color on King St and two beautiful children. We currently live on Johns Island and have for the last six years. I bring to the table a wealth of real estate knowledge, longstanding dependability and above all else TRUST.
Friends of Santa Claus (non-profit organization): I am a councilor each year for 150+ children under the age of 15 suffering from a large variety of cancers. There are five activities per year throughout the State to support the group.
Habitat for Humanity: helped in constructing several homes over the past year in Mt. Pleasant.
