New Listings in the Charleston region decreased 13.2 percent to 1,548. Pending
Sales were up 37.6 percent to 1,204. Inventory levels shrank 25.0 percent to 6,685
units.
Home prices are slowly starting to turn a corner. The Median Sales Price increased
2.5 percent to $182,240. Days on Market was down 3.0 percent to 113 days.
Absorption rates improved as Months Supply of Inventory was down 34.8 percent to
7.9 months.
